While working with SGC Staffing LLC, staffing dental or medical professional without our knowledge is entirely unsanctioned by our company. It infringes upon the mandates signed in the Staffing Agreement making it illegal to hire dental or medical Professionals without communicating via email. Your signed Staffing Agreement holds precedence. We at SGC Staffing own all rights to proceed with legal action if this protocol is violated. A fine will be imposed adhering to the fees outlined in the Staffing Agreement for the dental or medical professional hired and the term of their employment.
